Program Guidelines
By registering for or participating in the FIGURD Math Bee, schools, educators, and parents agree to follow our official event procedures, code of conduct, and program guidelines. These terms ensure a safe, fair, and structured environment for all participants.
Core Terms & Program Standards
Eligibility: FIGURD programs and events are designed for K-8 students participating through registered partner schools.
Intellectual Property: All competition materials, rules, brand assets, and platform tools remain the property of FIGURD.
Event Conduct: All participants, referees, and school staff must follow established officiating and safety rules during live and classroom events.
Privacy Policy
Data Protection Overview
FIGURD is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our students, schools, and families. We collect only the minimum necessary information required to coordinate events, manage registrations, and deliver program materials.
Information Collection & Use
Student Information: Student data is used strictly for event scoring, advancement tracking, and award distribution. We do not sell or share student data with third parties.
School & Parent Contacts: Contact details are used exclusively for official program communications, scheduling, and donation processing.
Media Consent: Photos and videos taken during official events are used for promotional and educational purposes only with parental and school consent.
Refund & Donation Policy
School Registrations: Program registration fees cover administrative setup, materials, and referee scheduling. Cancellations requested before program materials are dispatched are eligible for a full refund.
Parent & Community Donations: Contributions processed through the Education Movement Foundation (EMF) are non-refundable tax-deductible donations used directly to support school participation and event funding.
Event Postponements: If an event is postponed due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, registrations automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
